About me
I completed my undergraduate studies at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where I majored in Global Studies. I went on to attend medical school at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, followed by psychiatry residency at New York Medical College at NYC Health + Hospitals/Metropolitan.
I now work as an emergency room and central psychiatrist across the Mount Sinai Health System, in addition to my private practice. This experience allows me to care for patients across a wide range of settings and brings both depth and flexibility to my clinical approach.
Beyond Psychiatry
Outside of work, I’m an avid runner and completed the New York City Marathon in 2024, which was a major personal milestone!
I also love exploring New York City from discovering new neighborhoods to enjoying its food, culture, and energy.
Most importantly, I’m a first-time mom, an experience that has deepened both my personal perspective and my commitment to supporting others through major life transitions, including pregnancy and early parenthood.
